PitchfestNW, the startup competition and conference within TechfestNW, brings together a diverse group of companies from around the globe and across industries to pitch to a panel of VCs.

Participating startups are chosen by a selection committee, and all TechfestNW attendees are invited to stop by, hear some pitches, and learn about the amazing work from these innovative new companies. The top 5 startups will present to the entire conference and a special panel of judges, and the winner will be announced on Friday afternoon!

TechfestNW is pleased to present The PSU Cleantech Challenge as part of PitchfestNW. Portland State University students will showcase their inspired solutions to today’s most pressing environmental problems in an exciting competition for campus cleantech innovators and entrepreneurs. Undergraduates, graduates, postdocs, and faculty are invited to compete for $10,000 in grants and prizes.

It is free to apply to PitchfestNW, which takes place April 4-5, 2019. If accepted, there is a $50 administration fee.  You’ll receive a ticket to TechfestNW ($180 value) and will be included in the pitch competition, where you will pitch to a panel of investors and industry leaders.

Accepted startups will also be given the opportunity to upgrade to PitchfestNW Amplified.  Amplified gives you a table at the Startup Showcase to introduce your business to investors and TechfestNW attendees, two additional tickets to TechfestNW ($360 value), and logo inclusion in the conference program.
