Kate Delhagen - Founder, Oregon Sports Angels

Kate Delhagen is the founder of Oregon Sports Angels, an early stage investor network, focused on early stage sports product and sports tech companies. Prior to launching OSA, she concluded a 12-year run at Nike, where she created and led Nike’s Global Digital Wholesale Business Strategy & Operations. She also held a variety of senior and roles at Nike, and, before that, at lucy activewear, Forrester Research, Starwave, and Rodale Press. Kate is a sought-after consultant and a nationally recognized leader in the field of digital / retail, a former shop.org board member, and a former member of the NRF Digital Council. She’s an active alumni volunteer for Princeton University, a board member for two outdoor brands, and a passionate advisor to several Oregon-based startups.
