Lori Heino-Royer - Director of Business Innovation, Daimler

Lori is an impressive mix of a project manager and operations manager, with a finance background that morphed into innovation throughout her career. She started her career as a Certified Public Accountant providing her with a great foundation for understanding how decisions impact the bottom line. She realized that she was more interested in delivering financial results than accounting for them. Her skills shine brightest when she has the chance to organize chaos! Lori earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Cincinnati and an M.B.A. from Portland State University. She holds professional credentials as a Certified Public Accountant and a Project Management Professional. In 2014, Lori received Portland Business Journal’s Women of Influence Orchid Award. In 2015 she received the Manufacturing Institutes STEP Ahead Award for Women in Manufacturing.
