Stephanie Lampkin
Stephanie Lampkin is the founder & CEO of Blendoor, enterprise software that uses augmented intelligence and people analytics to mitigate unconscious bias in hiring. She has a 17-year professional career in the tech industry founding two startups and working in technical roles at Microsoft, Deloitte and TripAdvisor. Stephanie is also the founder of Visible Figures: a private network of venture-backed Black womxn founders. She holds a BS in Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.Stephanie Lampkin, TEDx speaker and former downhill ski racer, has graced the cover of The Atlantic, Fortune 40 under 40, MIT Tech Review 35 under 35 and Forbes to name a few.
